Tap at GABF 2013. Poured a clear dark amber with a frothy off white head. The aroma is weak malt with resin hints. The flavour is medium to weak bitter with a malty liqourice slightly creamy palate. Ok might have benefitted from being a little cooler.

Draft at the brewpub. Pours a clear auburn color with a thin white head. Fair head retention. Aroma of toffee malts and citrus hops. The taste is toffee, candied citrus, citrus, pine. Medium bodied, no sign of booze.
