Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7
Cask at the Anchor, Digbeth, Birmingham. Poured a clear medium amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is weak malt and a little citrus fruit. The flavour is medium bitter with a super smooth zesty, hoppy liqourice bitter palate and with a lovely lingering malty finish. A super session ale.
