[Nelson | Mosaic]
Bot Farm revisits one of our OG hazy pairings: Nelson Sauvin and Mosaic. The Nelson we’ve opted for is a slightly later harvest, resulting in a profile that leans away from its characteristic white wine and gooseberry notes, and instead bursts with vibrant tropical fruit and passionfruit. In our opinion this is the sweet spot for Nelson. Together, these hop heavyweights meld with our base beer and house yeast delivering an abundance of bright tropical fruit, mango, passionfruit, and zesty citrus.

From a 440ml can (purchased direct from the brewer) on 14/5/2025. Pours a hazy dirty deep golden with a biggish head. The nose is zesty citrus with light tropical notes. The sip brings plenty of passionfruit, lemon and lime, with hints of apricot and white grape at the back, with a decent bitterness lingering. Has a pillowy mouthfeel with average carbonation. It's rare to find these guys brewing a hazy sans Motueka, but here we are and it's another cracker,
