Nina is inspired by a classic Polish beer style called Grodziskie. Traditionally brewed using only oak-smoked wheat malt, our iteration scaled back the smoke by also incorporating raw & malted wheat and German heirloom barley malt. Keeping with tradition, we also sourced Polish grown Marynka hops. Nina has a light touch of smokiness that blends flawlessly with the spicy, earthy characteristics of the hops.
