PARKLIFE is a refreshing light ale with a great taste. We use a selection of fine New World hops including Ella (we’re using whole leaves) to give PARKLIFE a full, clean flavour, beautiful colour and a wonderful aroma.

Cask at the Birmingham Beer Bash 2013. Poured a hazy medium amber with a bubbly white round head with no carbonation. The aroma is stale malt with fruity notes. The flavour is medium bitter with a malty hoppy watery palate and a weak lingering bitterness in the finish. There is little life in this beer and it needs more defining flavour. It could be better with a little more development I feel.

Cask at The Union Tavern, London 24 June. Light amber beer with a small amount of white head. Good hoppy, citrus aroma. Grassy initial flavour balanced with grainy malt on the palate. Very strong flavours considering the strength.

Cask at Maidenhead Beer Festival 2013, Maidenhead FC, Berkshire. An amber coloured pour with a small white head on top. Hoppy, fruity aroma. Tastes fruity, slight bitterness, way too thin and watery.

Cask at the Bell, Waltham St Lawrence. Bright reddish amber with a cream head; rich, malty aroma with some orange fruit; an incredible body for such a light beer - chewy malts and a grainy texture, and grapefruit giving a sharp, tangy bitterness and a crisp, clean finish. Superbly balanced and remarkable at 3.2%.

Gravity cask at the Wandsworth Common London Beer Festival July 2013 - Le Gothique. Pours hazy orange-gold with a frothy, off-white head. Nose of grainy bread, dry orange. Light sweet flavor with mild tangy citrus, some husky grains and bread, light dry grass. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Good condition. Light tangy citrus finish, some mellow bready malts. Fine.
