Crown & Pine is a Hazy Double IPA designed in collaboration with our friends at Dancing Gnome Beer for our 7th Anniversary. Named for the upper elements of our two logos. We laid down a base of oats and wheats for a soft, full, & clean foundation. Then we crowned it with a hop schedule packed full of Sultana, Chinook, & Simcoe. This Hazy DIPA presents with heavy lingering aromatics of pineapple and resinous green.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: ruddy yellow to semi-cardboard orange color with a one and a half fingers of white foamy head which dissipated to leave some messy lace
Aroma: pineapple, grassiness and subtle danky tones
Flavor: bittersweet through the prior mentioned aromas; fine juicy to danky aftertaste
Texture: medium bodied, good sipper, finishes quaintly with the pineapple and grassy hoppiness
Overall: pretty nicely done NEDIPA worthy of returning to.

Murky peach with a medium sized white head that left good lacing. Sweet, slightly bitter and fairly boozy with strong grapefruit. Long finish. Moderately full bodied
