Our friends from Lavery Brewing Company (Erie, PA) made the long trek out here to brew this beautiful rice lager with us. We decocted a grist consisting of pilsner malt, flaked white rice, and jasmine rice and hopped it with Sorachi Ace and Motueka. We lagered this beer for seven weeks for a super clean, crisp finish.

Golden with a medium sized white head that left decent lacing. Tangy, sweetish and a touch fruity. Medium finish and body.
