A mash up of a German Wheat Beer and a Modern IPA, so we have that big thick wheaty body with flavours of bread and clove, then we have a hit of modern hops. Idaho 7, Azacca and Simcoe combine to deliver a punch of tropical and citrus flavours. As seriously good beer.

Cask at the Twice Brewed Inn, Bardon Mill, 15/05/2025.
Murky orange amber topped with a lasting egg shell white head.
Nose is bitter orange, pineapple, grass, soft malts.
Taste comprises melon, papaya, pine nibble, mandarin, peach, grapefruit.
Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying close spliced with juicy hop bitterness.
Okay cask DIPA ... always better suited to keg though!
