Dark & Delicious Stout.

Full bodied black stout. We use lots of oats to give a good mouthfeel and dark malts provide lots of backbone with toffee and caramel tones. Final gravity is 1013 giving an element of sweetness to balance the bitterness from the roast malts. This is a very easy drinking stout.

Gravity dispense at Ealing BF, 06/07/16. Dark mahogany brown with a decent khaki cap. Nose is raw brown sugar, spice, molasses, brown bread, cocoa powder. Taste comprises dark fruit rinds, toffee, chocolate, toasted brown sugar. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok but a little overly sweet for me.
