International Women’s Collaboration Brew Day (IWCBD) is a global initiative that since 2014 brings together women and non-binary people in the brewing industry to brew beer together, share knowledge and strengthen community.
This is a unique chance to celebrate diversity in the industry and highlight new perspectives and ideas. To celebrate women all over the world, and in the beer industry, we are doing a tap takeover this Friday (7/3) with a bunch of great breweries with great women and non-binary people. During the Friday, brewers from all over are gathering at Omnipollos kyrka to collectively brew ”Elpis”, a special beer for celebrating all women and non-binary.

Crisp, floral and citrusy with some pine, grapefruit and lemony vibes, hints of hay and earthiness, mild bitterness. Crushable, quite floral for a west coast pils.

On tap at Omnipollos Hatt. Pours clear gold with a white head. Very worty nose. Flavour has unfermented wort, some damp straw; nearly flat carbonation. Very poor pilsner.

On tap at Omnipollos hatt, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has notes of unfermented wort, some straw, and biscuity malt. Flavour has a strange hop expression, with unfermented wort, straw, biscuity malt, and stale hops. This is not put together too well at all.
