This refreshing late summer beer starts out with our traditional gose-style base, a German-style sour ale brewed with organic home-grown coriander and pink Himalayan salt. The coriander offers fragrant notes of citrus which complement the tart base, while the salt curbs the acidity, resulting in a refreshing crusher of a beer. The beer then underwent a secondary fermentation on watermelon puree, adding, as you may have guessed, light notes of melon, making this the perfect sunny weather beer with which to wrap up the summer.
