Champagne barrel aged wild golden ale with wild Bornholmsk Japanese Quince. This beer was made in collaboration with the wonderful crew from Kadeau Restaurant who gathered all of the wild Japanese quince from the island. The final it a light and bright golden ale with a soft carbonation. On the pallet she has an orange wine feeling with notes of raw quince, kafier lime, grape skin and a sage like touch.
