Montepulciano barrel aged wild amber ale brewed with a touch of australian strawberry bark amber curve with wild raspberry. The beautiful Frances has a beautiful rosy amber colour due to the fruit and the barrel. Once you get her in your mouth she is slick and almost viscous, with a bright effervescence. The pallet is about raspberry and apricot jam, caramalised fruit and a touch of rose.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2025 (Red session), pours an opaque rusted amber red with a small beige head. Aroma has light balsamic, tart red fruits, and some jamminess. Flavour has plenty of tart raspberries, wild yeast, tannins, and a touch of strawberry. Not too acidic. Jammy, dry, fruity, and wild yeast character in great cohesion. Very good.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2025, red session. Pours murky dull gold with a white head. Sour old wood and must on the nose. Flavour is super acidic, some sour wood, a bit of must. Way too harsh.
