For the occasion, we are inspired by a great classic of American craft beer that we bring up to date: Cascade hops from three different continents, malt, and a lager yeast... All for a hop-forward and highly drinkable beer.

Can from Appellation Wines. Pours cloudy amber with a cream-coloured off-white head. Aromas of brown bread, caramel, some orange. Taste is toffee, raisin, orange again. Creamy texture, malty finish. Not to style, but not bad.

Can from Appellation Wines.
Appearance - cloudy amber with a creamy off-white top.
Nose - caramel, dried orange and bready.
Taste - orange peel, raisin, toffee and brown bread.
Palate - creamy texture with a light roastiness on the finish. Medium bodied.
Overall - not 100% sure I expected this, rather I expected something less resembling a West Coast IPA. That said, enjoyable.
