Dreaming of vacation, but there is just too much work to get done. Instead, we've brought the vacation to our taste buds by combining a delicious pale ale with pina colada sour ale. Loads of pineapple, a hint of coconut, vanilla and Citra hops.

Taster at the brewery. Pours a pale, hazy, straw color, with a small, off-white head. The nose is coconut, papaya, wet grass, peach, and pineapple. Sweet and sugary, with a light, citrusy bitterness. Medium body, acidic, and sticky. Very tropical and fun.
