Hazy IPA

Our approach to everything we do is all about putting our hearts into what we do with our hands. This big juicy IPA is a joyous example. Brewed with carefully condisered additions of El Dorado Simcoe and Centennial hops, and fermented with a new yeast strain that promises to bring even more juicy fruit character.

Can bought at Elusive. Aroma has sweet fruit and porridge, with a bitter streak and fried onions. Hazy light orange. Thick frothy foamy white head. Medium bitter. Resinous. Stone fruit. Citrus. Develops a herbal streak. Hop burn. Towards the finale juicy sweet fruit is more prominent. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Average-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Enjoyable enough but not the as juicy as promised.
