For Pellicle's sixth birthday we've developed a trilogy of beers celebrating the breadth of flavour available across the spectrum of fermented and distilled beverages. We've designed these beers to be enjoyed on their own or paired with food.
We took used botanicals from White Peak Distillery and infused the character of their house gin into this beer. Aromatically there's orange peel, floral sweetness and unmistakable juniper. The base beer brings fruity malt notes alongside cinnamon, subtle umami and a pithy finish.
