For Pellicle's sixth birthday we've developed a trilogy of beers celebrating the breadth of flavour available across the spectrum of fermented and distilled beverages. We've designed these beers to be enjoyed on their own or paired with food.
Our first fresh hop saison is full of complexity, with sharp lemon peel and blackcurrant notes on the nose. The sharp citrus hits on the palate too along with earthy spice and piney resin. There's a herbal, peachy note which leads into a finish of pink grapefruit pith bitterness

Clear golden blonde with a white covering that retains.
Nose is herb, dusty straw, lemon rind, grass, modest yeast esters.
Taste comprises dry rot, barnyard twang, lemon zest, balanced funk, damp straw.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light acidic tickle.
Solid.
