Cold fermented like a lager, and aggressively hopped like an IPA, El Camino is an IPA at heart with a crisp clean finish. For this year’s edition, we dry hopped with all New Zealand hop varieties. Moteuka, Nelson Sauvin, Waimea, and Wai-iti hops combine for an intense citrus flavor with just the right amount of piney bitterness.
