Just like faded jeans, Catcher in the Rye, De La Soul and Chuck Taylor’s, the classics never go out of style. That’s how we feel about a nice Bavarian Hefeweizen. For many in the Pacific Northwest, the Hefeweizen changed the way we thought about beer, and what beer could be. It’s the Chuck Berry of Hazies; a true pioneer. Our take on this German classic is creamy, a little bit of orange on the nose, with just a kiss of banana and clove. Pretty perfect for a sunny day in the PNW. I think we could all use a little sunshine and happiness, so get some!

Taster flight at Wenatchee taproom. Cloudy golden pour, weak head, ring, streaky lacing. Bready aroma with faint weizen notes. Taste is a dumbed down version of a German weizen, on target but just off the mark.
