Bottle pour at MBCC 2025 (Green session), pours a clear dark amber with a tiny beige head. Aroma is rich, with tons of treacly toffee, stewed apples, and caramelized sugars. Flavour is very boozy and not that sweet for an ice cider, with boozy fumes, caramelized sugars that’ve dried out, and stewed apples. Not good at all for an ice cider—too dry and lacking complexity.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2025, green session. Pours clear amber. Winter spices, dark sugar, tannic apple skins, rum on the nose. Flavour has tons of spiced rum, tannic apple skins, booze. Not great.

Apples, seeds and skins, spirit. Kinda like calvados. Not even close to QC products.

Magnumflaska på Brewskival 2023. Rostfärgad. Päron, fruktskal, massor av fat. Känner inte helt av styrkan och saknar viss fyllighet.
