Brewed on a nasty delicious chocolate ice cream, heavy and soggy like a brownie that hasn't seen an oven for too long. Brownie Basher isn't just sweet - it's brutal. Chocolate ice cream and lactose fermentation roll out like a dessert truck with no brakes. It rolls, it melts, it smashes everything you thought a beer could be. Bash in moderation. Or undo it.

Can 33 cl. Pours a thick, borderline opaque black with a dense and creamy, light brown head. Distinct honey aroma which is weird since apparently none was added! So honeyish it even overpowers the vanilla, the roast and the lactose. Rich body, but not overly so. Roasty, chocolatey with the lactose showing now. Not bad, but I could've wished for an even fatter, richer body which woul've suited the beer. 071025
