We’ve long admired the crew at Herman Brasserie from afar—and whenever we get the chance to drink their beer, we jump on it. When the idea of brewing something together came up, we tossed around a few styles until someone said "Helles Lager." Their response? “We love Helles.” The rest is history.
This Helles Lager was carefully brewed with high-quality German Pilsner and Munich malts, and hopped with Hallertauer Mittelfrüh. It pours a beautiful golden yellow with lingering fluffy bubbles. Crisp and clean, with a touch of sweetness and a medium body, it’s exceptionally smooth thanks to extended conditioning. It finishes with soft floral notes and a pleasant biscuity snap.
