Santicide was brewed with pale colour and thick haze in mind. Pouring extremely pale yellow, with a thick creamy haze. This DIPA boasts a nose of lime, melon, and tropical citrus. So so silky smooth with a luscious full mouthfeel carrying flavours of key lime pie, papaya, mango, and zesty citrus. Delicious and so easy to drink with a dry clean finish.

473ml can. Murky, pale yellow-ish, bright golden colour with small to average, frothy, fading, white head. Dank, piney and citrusy fruity, minimalyl tropical fruity, hoppy aroma, oaty and slightly wheaty malty background, notes of pine needles, grapefruit, some lime, no "pure" tropical fruity flavours without aspects of coniferes or even rosemary. Taste is quite bitter, citrusy fruity and piney hoppy, oaty and wheaty malty, minimally biscuity, pale basis with some residual sweetness, notes of lemon, grapefruit, hints of pine needles, lime, every indication of tropical fruity flavours merges to piney and resinous; minimally more citrusy and sweet-ish, biscuity finish.
Creamy-watery texture, slightly dry and somehow minimally "crumbly" palate, fine, prickly carbonation.
Very nice composition, rather piney and bitter for a New England style IPA - pretty good!
