A fruity festive special with a red tinged hue. Fuggles hops are the perfect partner in this seasonal session beer.

Growler at home picked up from Tring brewery. A pale amber coloured pour with a no head. Aroma is nice clean earthy malts, biscuit, light toast, woodland walk. Flavour is composed of thin earthy grains, nutty, twig, some leafy grassy hop, singed bark. Palate is a little thin, semi sweet, light cask like condition. Decent.

Cask at The Anchor, Digbeth, Birmingham. Poured a clear dark copper with a thick white head. The aroma is weak and slightly metallic. The flavour is weak bitter, slightly metallic on the palate and a little watery. It lacks body and flavour. Not a classic.
