Cask at JDW Arthur Robertson; golden brown with off white head, sweet malt aroma, malt taste a bit of caramel.

Cask at The Fountain Inn, Walsall. Poured a clear golden brown with a thick white head. The aroma is weak but malty. The flavour is very bitter, rich, hoppy, spicy and with some nutty notes. The bitterness is exquisite and really contributes to the richness and flavour of the ale. A very drinkable session beer.
