Cask at the standing order. Pours copper brown, nose is light toffee, taste is rich, malty toffee, light fruit, bitter.

500ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours clear dark amber, thick off-white head. Aromas of light caramel and toffee, light herbal note. Taste has more herbal bitterness, toffee sweetness.

Cask at the Metropolitan Bar, JDW - London. Pours clear copper with a frothy white head. The nose has brown bread, mellow diacetyl, toffee. Medium sweet flavor with doughy brown bread, light caramel, low bitterness. Light-medium bodied with fine carbonation. Simple finish with notes of bread, dough, some buttery toffee. Simple but tasty.

500ml bottle. Pours dark reddy brown with a small head. Aroma is yeasty, twiggy Ribena. Taste is malty, red fruits and bread, with a little coffee on the finish.

Bottle thanks to Colin. Pours copper with off white head. Nose and taste of sharp grain, bready malt, toffee, stale citrus and light herbal notes. Lighter medium body.

Cask at the moon under water Watford jdw. Hazed orange amber colour with a long lasting thin off white head. Aroma is tangy orange, tangerine and mineral. Flavour is semi sweet orange, honey and English esters. Some raisin. Condition is fair fine carbonation . medium sweet finish.
