We brewed this one with fonio—an ancient West African grain that’s drought-resistant, nutrient-rich, and incredibly sustainable. Then we dry hopped it with Citra, plus Motueka and Maui Nelson SubZero Hop Kief from Freestyle Hops.

Draft at brewery. Milky yellow pour and a finger of foamy head. Nose is lovely fruits and grass. Tastes of peach, mango, papaya, grass, and dough. Nice mixture. Smooth plate.
