Freshly toasted coriander seeds are added to the grist and at the later stages of the boil, resulting in a festival of flavour and aroma. This delightful beer is a real thirst quencher, and is particularly good as an accompaniment to curry.

Cask @ Wenlock Arms with Magic Dave6 and Mes. Clear golden color with a thin white head. Grass hops and coriander aromas. The taste is very hoppy with lots of coriander which for me was very noticeable. Dry bitter finish.

[on draught at the Catherine Wheel, Henley] Very hoppy, a bitter finish but few other flavours - could not get the much vaunted coriander at all. Uncarbonated so went down easily, but that’s about the best thing I can say about it. A very forgettable bitter.

Cask at Bishop’s Arms, Malmö
Golden color, generous head. Impressive aroma of citrusy hops, then showing green hops and earthy hops too. Medium-light body, quite dry mouthfeel, some malt flavor with a crispy touch, it gets a bit metallic too. The final is full of herbal hops and it has a quite harsh bitterness. Clever usage of the hops.

Half on cask gravity at the Dove Street Inn, Ipswich. Clear amber. Low head. Fruity aroma. The flavour is also varied fruity with oranges and grapefruit twisted in a good dash of coriander. Slightly bitter aftertaste (21.09.2006).

An orange beer with a thick light orange head. The aroma is very flowery, but also with some spicy notes. The flavor is sweet and again very flowery combined with hints of perfume and coriander, leading to a dry end. The body is somewhat thin.
