For the first time, we’re brewing with Vermont Ale yeast – thanks to our friends at White Labs. Inspired by the iconic brews of The Alchemist, this yeast strain brings soft notes of peach, apricot, and citrus. Blender is where the West Coast IPA style meets New England. Enjoy resinous pine from Columbus and Cascade, blended with the tropical intensity of Citra, Mosaic, and Nelson. A hazy DIPA with a dry finish and a light bitterness. Fruity and bold – just the way we like it.

Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is sweet fruits, some nectar, mild citrus with pineapple and soem sweet peachy tones to it. Flavour is nectar, peachy, pineapple and some citrusy sweet tones. DNEIPA, as there's no bitterness at all.

A murky and goden beer, a head is medium and blond. Aroma has grapefruit, pineapple, fructose. Taste has pineapple, light fruitness of grapefruit, fructose, mild bitterness. Medium+ bodied. Nice fruitness, but feels too heavy.

Draft at Lemmy’s, Leiden. Poured a hazy golden colour. With a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy, grassy, light dank. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a crisp, fresh, weedy, piney, light citrus, dry hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Can from Drankenhandel Leiden. Fruity hop with citrus, orange, tropical notes, some Nelson grape/grass. A bit sweet with a moderate to medium bitterness. Body is medium. Fruity, on the sweet side.

440ml. Hazy orange colour, steady white head. Stonefruity aroma, hints of pine. Medium-bodied. Stonefruit dominates flavour too. Citrus and some pine too. Semi sweet. Average DIPA.
