10 ounce at Aurora Arts - hazy medium gold - nose is lovely oak, light funk, mild lacto and acetobacter - flavor is drying acidity, but not overly sour or acidic - nice balance - bright lacto leads to light acetic acid in the finish - white grape, oak, white peach - light buggy funk - lingering oak and acid in the finish - quite nice.

Chardonnay berries all over, super delicious tangy berries and dry upfront flavor, cerebral knocking the wild outta the park again! Soft funk deliciousness.
