An American/New Zealand IPA brewed with British malts and 30% wheat malt. Hopped with Simcoe (US), Mosaic (US), Nelson Sauvin (NZ) and Motueka (NZ).
A very drinkable (and not over the top) juicy IPA with fruity and tropical notes of peach, pine, citrus, passionfruit, lime and grapes.
Cheers to the first 10 years of the brewery!

Appearance - 7 | Aroma - 7.5 | Flavor - 7.5 | Texture - 7 | Overall - 7.5
On tap at The Bishops Arms Malmö Plaza. Pours hazy blonde with a white head. Bright, floral pine on the nose. Flavour has bright pine, floral notes, pale malts. Very nice.
