TCBW26. Black colour, small off-white head. Aroma is toasted, herbal, earthy and some mild chocolaty tones. Flavour is toasted, toffeeish, some earthy and mild biscuits tones. Indeed easy, but in its simplicity also enjoyable.

On tap at BRUS. Pours black with a beige head. Coffee and roasted malts on the nose. Flavour has dry coffee and roasted malts, thin body. Unexciting, but well-made.

On tap at BRUS, pours black with a small beige head. Aroma has some medium roast, earthiness, and gentle hops. Flavour is very dry, with toasted malt, earthiness, some hoppy bitterness, and a hint of roast. For a 4% beer, this has a nice dry malty character. Solid enough.
