Part of our Project 7 Series, Copa Caledonia is a bold and refreshing Catharina Sour , a vibrant Brazilian-style sour beer, reimagined with 100% Scottish fruit and Stewart Brewing flair.
This kettle-soured fruit beer is packed with tart raspberry, juicy tayberry, and the uniquely Scottish honeyberry, creating a bright, sharp, and fruity explosion of flavour. Crisp, clean, and refreshingly zingy, it’s the perfect pick for fans of sour beers and fruit-forward brews.
