12/2/2019. Cask at the Coach and Horses, Weatheroak Hill. Poured golden with an off-white head. Aroma of fruit, malt, hops, flowers and slight herbal/veggie notes. Medium sweetness with moderate bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation. My least favourite of their 4 on offer.

Cask-conditioned at Gloucester Beer Festival, 31/3/2017. Golden in colour, with a thin, white, head. Aroma of stone fruits and leafy hops. Flavour had more fruits, some biscuity malts, hint of earthiness and a lingering, bitter, finish. Good.

Cask Conditioned at the Coach and Horses. A typical English style pale ale. A beer that could be drunk all night and if I was staying over, I would have! Served at just the right temperature to extract all the flavours. Nice hoppy aroma with a slighly bitter aftertaste. If anyone hasn’t been to the pub, then go there! It’s out of the way, but worth the trip.
