Shared bottle with Werckmeister, many thanks. Dark brown color with beige head. Light aroma of dark malt, chocolate, coffee, licorice. Taste is chocolate malt, roasted notes, coffee, licorice, nougat. Good.

0,5l bottle at warm up to Austrian Beer Challenge. BB 02/2026. Almost Black color, small tan head. smells leather, earthy, spices, some ash. Nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. tastes malty, bit oxidized, caramel, hints of coffee, tobacco, toffee, some ash, spices. finishes lightly bitter with notes of tobacco, ash and spices. Good, rather old school, flavor profile could be a bit more interesting, but good
