Hespera is a blend of wheat-based, oak-aged, and conditioned mixed fermentation Saisons. While tasting through the barrels, we found a few that really complemented one another to create this blend. This showcases our house mixed culture that we have been using for years. Big-time stone fruit notes and a subtle acidity make it perfect for pairing with any type of food or enjoying on its own at any time of year.

Initially available at MBCC 2025 and at Mikkeller & Friends tap takeover (May 2025)

Tap @ Mikkeller, Stefansgade. Hazy orange without head. Aroma is sweet, malty, funky wood and tart. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate acidic. Dry and light acidic finish. 220525
