Domain fruit is our series of 'mixed fruit' beers, which combines different local fruit throughout the growing season. Blend 4 consists of red magic plums, a melange of different peach varieties, and rhubarb. Notes of sauvignon blanc, Spree, citric lemon. This batch is super dry and has a relatively high yet balanced acidity with a super clean fermentation profile.

Bottle at source: pours gold with a white head. Aroma is a wonderful blend of fruits mostly loads of stone fruit, yeasty, highly funky. Sweet and fruity. Fruit holds up well over 4 years. Lightly tart. Excellent.
