Inspired by an early experience of riding a pennyfarthing bicycle as a child, the ratios of dessert apples to cider apples in this crisp, refreshing medium cyder are representative of the wheels of said pennyfarthing bicycle.
Apples used: Pren Glas, Frederick, Tin yr Wydd, Perthyre, Browns.

9/8/2026. Bottle from Beer Park, Llanelli. Pours nice enough, short lasting head. Aroma is sweet apple, caramel, vanilla, touch baked. Media sweet taste, light tart notes. Sparkling carbonation. Developed a tart tang and a funky edge. Decent, if a little sweeter than expected.

Pale yellow pour with almost no head. Aroma is tart apples, vanilla, some sour note/binegar. Taste is medium/apples, a bit of vanilla and cinnamon. Nice and well-rounded.
