La COLD IPA c’est l’histoire d’un audacieux houblon West Coast qui entretenait une romance à distance avec une célèbre levure allemande. Essayant de se rencontrer en présence, ils se retrouvèrent dans Charlevoix. Depuis cette rencontre unique, on dit qu’on entend parfois l’orignal chanter sur sa montagne : « Mon pays ce n’est pas un pays, c’est une bière! ». Pétillante, brillante, rafraîchissante… terriblement envoûtante!!!
