Powerful notes of tart raspberries & sour cherries lead the way busting through the decedent dark chocolate bitterness, delicately roasted coffee notes & lightest hints of tobacco leaves.
Thick & heavy bodied with a viciously smooth & oily mouthfeel all aided by the lowest of carbonation levels. An omnipresence of higher alcohols divulge a welcoming warmth with each encounter, from punchy sweet sherry to subtle vanilla & honeyed notes of whisky. All balanced alongside a moreishly satisfying salty umami flavour.

Bottle at home. Pours black, nose is meaty, roasted, chocolate, raspberry, cherry, vanilla, taste is sweet toffee, juicy cherry and raspberry, chocolate, roasty, fairly boozy. 8/9/9/8/8
