Can. A mild to medium haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Light palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Smooth pale malts, a slightly thin mouthfeel but a decent creamy sweetness delivered. Manalita hops! Hard to pin their core character down when it's in with Citra and Mosaic, not that Mosaic is doing much here. So, light cooling pine into juicy bright fruity array that is hard to pick apart. Citra more obvious on the back end. Finishes light and crisp and with a modest hop spice. Nice APA, clean and crisp and very drinkable and Manilta definitely doing interesting things here, just not sure exactly what they are!
