No one is talking shit about our first release this week. Look to the horizon and behold Pretty Sunset.
Seb’s brainchild, Pretty Sunset is a new 6.6% IPA. This hazy brew is blanketed with a transpacific partnership of potent hops: New Zealand Riwaka, Pacific Northwest Citra, and Aussie Galaxy. Fruit punchy Riwaka during the boil. Citra Cryo, all melon and mango, at whirlpool. And, finally, an immodest dry hop of tropical Galaxy, more Riwaka, and more Citra.
These majestic cultivars lay upon a big, soft bed of pilsner malt, malted oats, pale rye malt, toasted wheat flakes, unmalted wheat, and chit.
We won’t claim we’re not excited about this one.

Love everything about this. Citra and galaxy give that passion fruit and mango tropical fruit vibe. Then a good dose of riwaka to round things out. Banger after banger. Hazy yellow pour with decent head and lacing. Bitter end. This is wonderful.
