This almost all german beer, was a brute to brew. With a 5 hour boil and our biggest brew to date in terms of starting gravity.
Brewed for our 4th anniversary and designed to be a split batch with half being served fresh and the other half being aged in casks. With the intention of releasing that for our 5th anniversary, March of 2026!

Dark brown with orange highlights and a large beige head. Toasty malt, caramel, molasses and dark fruit. Long finish. Moderately full bodied.
