Badger in the Barley, an English Pale Ale, is fermented from 100% traditional English malts, hops and yeast to create a delicious biscuit flavor with a hint of marmalade, which yields to a delicate bitterness and grassy, peppery notes. Ted has been perfecting his ESB (Extra Special Bitter) since visiting London many years ago.
