A strong light amber with full malty sweetness, it's brewed in the dead of winter and released on Mayday as a harbinger of spring. Kaiser is brewed exclusively with German materials -- Munich, Vienna and Pils malts, Hallertau hops and Weihenstephan lager yeast. Our Maibock is an homage to Henry J. Kaiser, the Miracle Man who built ships during WWII and established his automobile production at the Willow Run plant, which later became Kaiser Jeep.
