Bottle. Big chocolate smell with a hint of sesame, kind of dry. Taste is good, sweet and chocolatey but the sesame comes through at the end, mellows it. Malty, ovaltine. Some vanilla creaminess too I think. Good stuff!

33 cl bottle from Tanakaya @ home in A’dam. Black color. Big beige head, stiff and lasting. Aroma’s of roasted malt, coffee, roasted sesame, light (red) fruit. Retronasal there’s more to it: roasted malts, and then chocolate and sesame, but not overpowering, some sweetness, light fruit. Flavor is light to moderate sweet, roasted, chocolatey. Medium bodied. More roast in the finish, moderate bitter. Very nice!

Bottle at CBB. Big nose of sesame butter, cocoa, peanut butter even. Dark brown to black, a bit thin looking. Light body, great sesame flavor blending with chocolate and roast and some peanuts. Very nice flavor, body is a bit light. Would ramp it up to 9%.

Like other chocolate stouts from SG, this is fairly refined with lots of sesame and chocolate. Smooth and balanced. Good stuff.
