We have a bit of a thing for Yuzu at the Garage. If you haven't come across Yuzu before, it's a Japanese citrus, like an ugly lemon, with the most devine flavour and aroma. This beer is about letting the yuzu shine and comprises of two beers: a yuzu sour ale and a raspberry sour ale, the red resting gently on top like tangerine clouds on a setting sun. This beer was initially brewed for Firestone Walker Festival in 2017 - we love a bit of theatre, and beer festivals are one of the best places to pull out all the stops and present a beer that bends the mind a bit.
