Pours dark brown into a trappist glass. Mocha head with excellent retention recedes to coat surface. Sour cherry aromas. Tart with dark chocolate covered cherries and earthy balsamic upfront turning to chocolate cake in the dry, medium length finish.

Thanks to Suzanne Pours a hazy brown, like a coffee, with a thin and lacing creme-colored head. Aroma of tart stone fruit, sweetened brown sugar with malt. Taste has a surprisingly light malt, dry at first but lingering sweetness, tons of tart stone fruit, cherry juice, hints of a smokey residual. Palate has more tartness on the nose, some light lactic elements, very light boozy note lingers on the nose. Great.

Bouteille 75cl, bottled 07/2016.
