A refreshingly tart and fruity kettle sour brewed with heaps of ripe blackberries. This wheat-based sour boasts a deep ruby-purple hue and a soft, pillowy body, balancing bright acidity with juicy berry sweetness.

473ml can. Gift from my mother-in-law. Pours a murky orange ruby with plenty of floaties and a small, creamy, long lasting pale pink head that leaves sticky curtains of soapy lace. Aroma of bready wheat malt, blackberry, coriander, funky yeast and floral hops. Sweet fruity flavour of bready wheat malt, blackberry, coriander, oats, funky yeast, black pepper and floral hops in a dry, slightly tart finish. Medium body with a thick, smooth, almost creamy texture and soft carbonation. Not bad.
